Initial Declarations

Keyflow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Keyflow, an application designed to allow users to build AI automation seamlessly. We understand the significance of your personal information and prioritize its protection. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and share your information.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us Directly

  • Account Information: Username, email address, password, and other information you provide when signing up.
  • User Content: Automation, uploaded files, configurations, and other user-generated content.
  • Communications: Messages, feedback, and other communications you send to us.

2.2 Information We Get From Third Parties

  • OAuth Tokens: We receive and store encrypted OAuth tokens when you authenticate through third-party services.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, maintain, and enhance Keyflow.
  • To communicate with you, respond to your queries, or provide feedback.
  • To safeguard our application and users.
  • To perform research and analysis to improve our services.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

4.1 Data Storage

Your encrypted OAuth tokens and other uploaded files are stored securely in our databases. All data is encrypted at rest. We only retain your data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.

4.2 Data Protection

We employ industry-standard encryption techniques to ensure the confidentiality of your data. We limit access to your data only to employees who need it to provide services to you.

5. Sharing of Your Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. However, we do share specific data with third-party AI tools to enable core functionalities within Keyflow. Additionally, Keyflow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We affirm that Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

5.1 When Data Is Shared

The only data we share is the data you explicitly pass into the associated block reliant on a third-party service. For example, the block that writes to a Google Doc will only be provided with the information you input for writing into the document. In order to use any block that interfaces with a third-party tool you must need to explicitly authenticate with that provider as enforced by the platform.

All blocks in the 'Using AI' category interface with the OpenAI API (see their privacy policy below). The only data shared with OpenAI is the input you feed directly into these AI nodes when running your automation. No other information is ever exposed to the AI providers aside from what you choose to run through AI nodes. Third-party AI Tools/Providers:

We ensure that these third-party providers adhere to strict data protection and privacy standards comparable to ours.

6. Your Choices and Rights

6.1 Access and Update

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data provided to Keyflow.

6.2 Data Portability

Where your data processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. You can do so from the /credentials page.

6.4 Explicit Consent for Data Sharing

Opting out may affect the functionality of certain features that rely on these third-party AI tools.
